IN → CA
India to Canada registered nurse pathway
Canada has no single national RN certificate; each province and territory registers nurses through its own regulator. Pick that regulator first, use only the assessment route it accepts, and work through its education, language, competence and registration requirements. Federal work authorisation is a separate process.
IN → GB
India to United Kingdom registered nurse pathway
The NMC overseas-trained process covers the whole UK. It verifies identity, qualification and registration evidence, assesses English and the other registration standards, and decides whether you need to sit a Test of Competence. Recruitment rules and immigration sit outside professional registration and follow their own requirements.
IN → US
India to United States registered nurse pathway
RN licensure in the United States is state-based, so pick the state board before you order a credential report. Then work through that board's education, English, background and NCLEX requirements. Federal health-care-worker certification, the employer-filed Schedule A petition and visa-number availability are separate immigration decisions.
NG → GB
Nigeria to United Kingdom registered nurse pathway
The NMC runs the same overseas-trained process across the whole UK; there is no Nigeria-specific shortcut to registration. Separately, the England recruitment code restricts active recruitment of people resident in Nigeria, though it still allows a direct application to a specific sponsoring employer's vacancy. That rule depends on where you live, and it does not stop the NMC from registering you.

Philippines to Australia registered nurse pathway
One NMBA registration covers all of Australia. The mandatory Ahpra Self-check uses your full qualification, registration, examination and practice history to work out whether streamlined Pathway 1 or Pathway 2 applies, or Stream A, B or C. Training in the Philippines does not place you in Stream B by default, and immigration is a separate process.

Philippines to Canada registered nurse pathway
Registration in Canada belongs to each province and territory; no single national certificate exists. Decide on your destination regulator first, stick to the assessment route it accepts, and complete its education, language, competence and final registration requirements. Federal work authorisation runs separately.
